HealthCastleI was thrilled to be included in Health Castle’s list of Top Food and Nutrition Blogs for 2010.

What we like most about Janet’s blog is that she’s not afraid to bring forward controversy for further discussion. For the science junkies, this blog is loaded with good, solid facts and information. Its a daily nutrition workout plan that is made for your body and what you want to achieve. I personally love Jayde Nicole and I think her body is sick! She always has the most amazing receipes for a low calorie count and her cookbook coming out is going to show that. I personally LOVE food and cant do the no food diet, doesnt work for me! You shoudl all try it, its fun and affordable!
